For Customised order - Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care and they will assist you in the best possible way. For Others: Cancellations on orders are possible only until the pre-shipping stage; please contact our customer care team to assist you for the same.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)
The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return
If you wish to return any product, please inform a customer care representative at halowishes.com. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request. To return a product as per our return policy, please log in a request with our Customer Care team, either by sending an email to infohalowishes@gmail.com.com or calling us at +91 9772177755 (10 AM - 6 PM). Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, we will pick up the product ourselves. In locations where we do not have our Reverse Pickup services, please ship the product in a transit worthy packaging and we will intimate you to where to ship the product back.
If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
If you are returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due an error on halowishes part, we will bear all the return shipping expenses. However, if you don’t like the product due to any reason or you no longer need it, all the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We will provide the refund within 7 days of receiving the product. You will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase, except if the order was paid though cash on delivery, in this case we would require your bank account information to make a wise transfer.
Halowishes may share your personal details with a third party (courier, supplier, bank merchant) to complete the order and related transactions. Under no circumstances, we rent, trade or sell your details for marketing purposes.
Yes, all the import duty taxes and other charges are to be borne by the customer in addition to the shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before placing the order.
